Coach Spotlight: Meet Coach Johnson

At Crusader Youth Sports, our coaches do more than teach the fundamentals of the game. They encourage athletes, model Christ-centered leadership, and help create a positive environment where every student can grow.

This month, we are excited to recognize Coach Johnson! With a passion for youth athletics and a heart for serving the Salem Academy community, Coach Johnson works hard to help athletes build confidence, strengthen their skills, and understand the value of teamwork.

“My goal is for every athlete to know they are an important part of the team,” Coach Johnson shared. “Winning is exciting, but helping young people grow in character and encourage one another is what matters most.”

Whether leading a practice, cheering from the sidelines, or offering encouragement after a difficult play, Coach Johnson continues to make a meaningful difference in the lives of Crusader athletes.
